Boss, there's so much pressure online to creating content. Every. Single. Day. You hear it everywhere...

"Post once a day..." OR "You gotta get at least a reel or two up a day..."

I say f*ck that! If you're overwhelmed, the only person who can make you do anything...is YOU! Cut the needless hustle and get back to that glorious flow state.

Here's how to do that!

✨ Rethink your strategies/goals

Are they too broad? Unrealistic? Do you even have the bandwidth to make them happen? Knowing how to set the RIGHT goals is more valuable to you than just setting them!

✨ Pair down those platforms

You don't HAVE to be on every platform! Audit your time and see which ones bring you the most joy, make the most sense, and require the least amount of headaches. Start with those, and branch your reach out slowly on the ones you drop now later on.

✨ Outsource or get some outside perspective

Sometimes, creating content is just outside your wheelhouse. Not everyone finds joy doing it, and not everyone is good at it. And that's okay! Find a specialist who can help take this off your plate or start with a friend who is willing to give you honesty.

Fixer-upper or turnkey? Why I’m switching back to HoneyBook...

Last August, I switched over to Dubsado.

HoneyBook is just too plain...I said

HoneyBook isn’t as intuitive...I said

HoneyBook doesn’t fit with my vision...I said

HoneyBook? I’ve outgrown that...I said

Dubsado was supposed to be the answer. I bought a year, I was so confident! 🙄

The truth is that I’m trying to fit a square peg fit into a round hole. I WANTED to love it. I HOPED it would be my one true love...

Well, sometimes...it’s just about less.

Dubs has A LOT going on. And in the eight or so months I’ve had it, I STILL haven’t optimized it or learned what I need to to make it really shine for my business.

It’s true. @HoneyBook has fewer shiny bells and whistles. But THAT is why I’m switching back. It’s easier to plug and play. I don't NEED all that fluff.

My business isn’t equipped for a fixer-upper (sorry Joanna & Chip 😅). Time is money. And I just can’t afford to devote any more time to my once beloved Dubs. 💔
